| Wow, it's been a while...
I was really good about doin one a month for a while... but it's been like 6 months!
Rylan just turned 8 months... Jacie is 2 1/2 now!
They've been our life, what can I say? Rylan is crawling everywhere and stands up every chance he gets! He just got his third tooth in yesterday (top left) and is working on his fourth! Jacie is potty trained, doin preschool one day a week, and doing her best to always get her way! ;) I'm still serving (for now), but I think I'm gonna end up subbing at her preschool occasionally... that should be interesting, but fun! Kory's still workin, and is planning on going back to school in January... props to him, he's not gonna have a second to breathe for the next two or three years at least! This popped up and I figured I'd answer... why not, right? Question: People say smoking is a choice. But if you’re addicted to something, doesn’t that rule out choice? My answer: Choosing to pick up a cigarette at all is a choice... lighting it is a choice... smoking it is a choice... chances are you weren't addicted after your very first cigarette... going back and doing it all again... yeah, you guessed it - is a choice!

| Hmm... not a whole lot goin on... I just went back to work last week... back to lovin it!!! Jacie's trying to potty train herself... it's harder than you'd think. Rylan's 7 weeks old now and is already starting to teethe... poor kid!
and he laughed for the first time today... that was cute. Kory and I are goin out tonight without the kids.
Still completely clueless of what we're doin tonight...
but just "out" is a really good start for me!!!
My sisters and Josh are watchin the munchkins. That should be fun! Like I said, nothing goin on...

| Jacie is officially two years old now!!! We went skating for the very first time (she had a blast!!!) and then went home and had a Backyardigans party!!! Kory and I gave her a Princess bike... and she had to ride it tonight for a good hour! Of course she can't pedal yet, so guess who had to push her wherever she wanted to go! She's cute, so it was fun. Lots of new stuff goin on, but not a lot at the same time. I drank for the first time in forever the other night... bacardi and coke was the drink of the night. man i missed it, but my kids are more important than drinking, so it will be rare... but it was still fun!!! Kory's passed out on the couch with Rylan. Yeah today was exhausting, but I don't think I'll get a chance to sleep till way later tonight. Bummer. Okay well that's it for now... Peace. | | |
| Rylan Drake Tyler was born at 11:28pm on April 22nd!!! He weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 19.5 inches long! Jacie absolutely loves her new little brother and is already a great big sister! | | |
| Jacie's a total chatterbox and parrot right now, repeating everything - and i mean everything - she hears!!! It's cute, but we really have to watch what we say! She's gonna be 2 years old in just over a month... wow time has gone by fast!!! Jacie knows all her colors, shapes, and knows how to count to... well... depends on her mood... anywhere between 1 and 13, but would never count that all at once - turd! Her favorite letter is B (first letter she learned from - who else - Dr. Suess!), and she absolutely loves wagon rides and going to the park! Of course, what kid doesn't! Jacie likes to give my belly hugs and kisses, and can't wait for her new baby brother or sister to be born! I just hope she feels the same way once the baby is here! I think she's gonna be a great big sister! Kory is still at his job with the printing company, still loving it and doing a good job apparently! Tonight we're going out with everyone from his work! We're goin to Corona Cantina for dinner (open tab, wish I wasn't still pregnant!!!), then we're going to see Dave Coulier (Joey from Full House) at the comedy club! I'm excited cuz I've heard he's awesome! I haven't been able to work for the past week cuz everyone at Johnny's is afraid I'm gonna have a baby there in the middle of a dinner rush. Yeah that'd be bad, but I'm technically still not due for another two weeks! Oh well, more time off I guess... as if I won't have enough for maternity leave after the baby's born! I'm hoping to have the baby sometime this week... I'm still a little early, but my doctor wouldn't be surprised if that was the case! I'm excited!!! | | |
